a) Certain things the user needs to take action on are not always easy to notice, or they're emails that only go to one person.
b) Add an admin notification system that can display various types of notification, including:
  • Application due to expire
  • New version available
  • License usage nearing its limit
  • Support ticket replies
  • Requests for feedback / surveys
  • New events
  • etc
This should include an option to hide 'marketing' notifications if the user doesn't want them
c) Giving admins quick access to some really information, meaning they feel more on top of things and don't have to go searching
