Dependency improvements

Dependencies as they are currently implemented are functional but could be improved.
The 2 specific features that would be beneficial are:
* Moving dependencies from an application wide setting to a delivery method specific setting.
* Some way to view dependencies from the application that is a dependency.

Dependencies should definitely be on a delivery method, not an application. This currently creates messy scenarios where we want to launch a local app on a non-Windows OS.

It seems that dependencies have an issue if both the dependent application and the main application calling from are not in the same provision group.

This issue with Type - Automatic (No pop-ups) no working and causing this error was resolved by adding the same Provision group to both main app and dependency app (our UAT group) .. even though both apps work independently with Type - Manual and the login account was in other Provision groups involved. Seems to be a bug to me.
