Few users will submit logs from AppsAnywhere launcher/Cloudpaging Player. Even if they're told where to go.
And even worse: Some errors are undetected for a long time, if the user is cursing the IT department, but not reaching out. Until the helpdesk is swamped with complaints. For what is really a Cloudpaging packaging error or similar, detected by the Cloudpaging Player. But not reported to those that can see that one particular error is accumulating.
* Transfer error logs from Windows / mac to server
* Provide tools to easily pinpoint errors
