I think if we had a official application for the web portal for apps anywhere it would be even more user friendly, this would be good for the users ensuring they have a even more seamless experience. I know from experience the current generation and the coming generation of university students love using their tablets for learning in replacement of laptops and desktops. With us having the app it would give users more options to access our product. We could have notifications for our app, whenever a software needs updating the notification could be sent to the user's device. Security: the mobile app can implement stronger security measures, such as device encryption and biometric authentication, to protect sensitive data. The pre-launch dialog is perfect for displaying license keys and forcing the user to view them by not allowing them to hide the dialog. However, there are situations where we have a delivery method where the pre-launch dialog does not apply (launching AppStream instead of Secure Download or External Web-Link). It would be ideal if we had the ability to exclude specific delivery methods from the pre-launch dialog. Our only current workaround is to create a separate app without a pre-launch dialog which results in unnecessary clutter.

For many orgs, endpoint experience tools are now asssiting the service desk in providing enhaced support without ticket escaltion. Key to that is exposing data from devices into that tool. As such we're looking for a way of programatically get access to the current AppsAnywhere client view of the device. i.e. does the client think the device is onsite/offsite, on/off domain, what geolocation is it, is it a universtiy owned or personal device etc. All of these feed into the availability of applications so the service desk being able to remotely see this information is vital to providing that enhanced support. In our case, we'd want to query this via Nexthink remote action and view the data this way.

previous version, users view info about number of apps availables (or not availables). This information is useful to know which groups users belong to or which ones they should belong to in order to access certain applications. Now all the applications appear and you cannot tell if they are available or not until you access them.

In 3.1.0, if you click on an app name to see the app details, there is no back button to go back out of that screen. You have to click the back button on the browser or select one of the menu options to get back to the previous page \ app list, and it then puts you at the top of the app list. Feature requesting a back button.

We have recently enabled SSO. There are some customisable options, but we cannot change the text 'Sign in via'. It would be great if there was the option to either remove the text or change it. Thanks

Beyond images on the login page a block of text to provide information about where to get help logging in and reminder to use vpn when accessing resources that require licensing servers. The ability to add a link to this text would be beneficial so we could link back to our IT service portal. I'd also like to have the ability to make the logo larger on this page.

Many VDI solutions provide the ability for applications to run in an application presentation mode (MS refer to this as remote app). This has a number of advantages Resources - just the app you want runs on your resources. user experience - user justs sees the application itself - no additional OS UI. i.e. no second start button (or if your a mac user a windows interface on macos). Now that S2 have withdrawn the shortcut management option, there's no option to re-use a cloudpaging appset in this fashion. This then drives us towards "other solutions" possibly even packaging using another virtualisation tool just to get the desired presentation. None of this is an efficient use of our time and may ultimately lead customers to other solutions.

most of our support calls are for applications that are visible to users, but they are unavailable (grayed out) for one reason or another for example they are not on the domain. Is there a way to hide the unavailable apps from the user, depending on where they are coming from they see a different list if for example they connected from Azure virtual desktop, or a different list if they connected from laptop, but I just need a way to hide the grayed out apps. maybe have an option so that the college can decide how to present the apps to the user.
