Feature Requests

More and more students are using notebooks with ARM chipsets. It would be nice to have an ARM client for these students. Especially with the new boom of Snapdragon CPU's this will become more and more important in the future. This also applies to students who use a VM on an M-chip Macbook.

Creating applications can be streamlined with the ability to select and import templates from an Application Library containing a lot of the key information needed for setting up an app with a best practice approach.

Currently, the AppsAnywhere integration with Canvas utilizes the LTI 1.1 standard. This standard has been deprecated since June 2022 ( https://www.1edtech.org/lti-security-announcement-and-deprecation-schedule ). Now nearly 2 years beyond this deprecation date, we request that updating to the current standard be addressed quickly so that our systems are not integrating based on an outdated standard that doesn't meet current security best practices.
